linux: sftp only, no ssh

Look at Subsystem in sshd-config:
  /usr/libexec/openssh/sftp-server

Change the user's shell to this Subsystem:
  usermod -s /usr/lib/sftp-server username

Add this Subsystem to acceptable user shells:
Add '/usr/libexec/openssh/sftp-server' as the last line in /etc/shells

ssh linux centos putty sftp only restrict user username logon
