The guy I work with found a great solution on BlackberryForums:

  1. Verify the BIS configuration for the device (an Email address should already be setup for the device, eg. an @tmo.blackberry.net Email)
  2. Set the reply-to address in the BIS Email to the user’s work Email address. This allows all Email sent from the device to appears as it was sent from the user’s work Email.
  3. On Exchange, set forwarding to the BIS Email address (making sure that Email is put both in the users mailbox and the forwarded address).
  4. All Email will be forwarded immediately to the user’s Blackberry.
