Exchange: Creating a Distribution List that Targets Text Messages

A client has requested that a distribution list be created in the event that there is a conditional emergency (such as a snow storm) that will affect daily work routine. They would like this to target cell phones, as well as Email.

My goal would be to create a bunch of SMTP address entries in Exchange, but keep them hidden from the GAL, or at least keep them hidden from anyone other than the Distribution Group.

Here is a short list of Email-To-TxtMsg Domain names for carriers in the US:

Verizon: 10digitphonenumber@vtext.com
AT&T: 10digitphonenumber@txt.att.net
Sprint: 10digitphonenumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com
T-Mobile: 10digitphonenumber@tmomail.net
Nextel: 10digitphonenumber@messaging.nextel.com
Cingular: 10digitphonenumber@cingularme.com

Here is a much more complete list.
